take our Virtual Tour (takes a moment to load) Given the particulars of the practice, both present and anticipated, we and the owner are pleased with the floor plan. The building was constructed at budget. The time from contract signing to completed project; including design, municipal approvals and construction, was seventeen months. Were it not for the construction nuance mentioned below, the project would have been completed in fourteen months. Design Feature: the building was designed for a future addition to house more kennel runs. Mechanical and plumbing elements are in place for extension into a "saddled bumpout" at the existing ward, food prep, kennel area. Headers above the windows in each of these rooms were constructed to accept doors so that a choice is available for the door, depending on the size of the addition desired. Construction Nuance: the property sits astride the city/county line and, consequently, required several site work revisions, not specified with initial approvals, in order to satisfy both jurisdictions.
